Kim Kardashian sued for allegedly stealing photo of herself, husband Kanye.


A photographer named Sadeed wants to get paid for taking a photo of Kim and Kanye - The photo man has not named a price but feels that he should get any profits received from the photo - The picture is one of the few you will ever see with Kanye offering a bright smile A photographer is suing reality TV star Kim Kardashian for using an old picture of her and hubby Kanye West. The reason for this, he said, is because he was the one that took it and therefore owns it. According to TMZ, the photographer by the name Saeed Bolden said he never gave Kim permission to use nor did she pay to use it. 


With that said, Saeed wants to gain a profit from it considering it is a picture of Kanye smiling, which we will all agree is pretty rare. 

He has not named the price he wants for it, but he just wants any profits made. 

Saeed is also suing Kim's shapewear line, Skims Body, which he said owns the same Instagram account as her. Kanye and Kim rarely post photos together and when they do, they usually go viral. 
She recently posted a photo of her and hubby as he held her from the back showing off her enviable curves. In another photo, the two posed with their beautiful four children displaying the amazing bond between them. 

The criminal justice reform is a priority to Kim, who said she does not care about what critics feel about it. The documentary, which is called "Kim Kardashian West: The Justice Project", will debut on April 15. The documentary is a two-hour film and will show Kardashian visiting prisons and working alongside legal experts on four cases of people they believe have been unfairly sentenced.
