Wizkid berates fake pastors, says he does not endorse any church
Singer Wizkid has made his stance clear of fraudulent men of God - The music star noted that he does not endorse any church - Wizkid’s post was received with mixed reactions on social It appears Nigerian celebrities are on a mission to distance themselves from fraudulent men of God that prey on the ignorance of their congregation. Recall that just recently, ifeomacanice.blogspot.com reported that rapper Yung6ix took to social media to highlight the major reason for the influx of fake pastors in the country. According to him, poverty plays a major role in the development. Similarly, singer Davido's was quick to distance himself from the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), after a video featuring him and a young girl was used against his consent.
Hours after the Yungsix’s tweet, singer Wizkid has also come out to bare his mind on fake clergymen.
The Soco crooner made it clear that he does not endorse any church or man of God in the country.
He added that they would be punished by the Yoruba god of iron, ‘Ogun’.
